A traditional herb of Middle Eastern, Mexican, and Asian cooking. Harvest the tallest leaf stalks and then allow to re-grow. Enjoys full sun or part shade.   Cilantro is an annual and so will go to seed within its first year of growth.  The seeds are called Coriander and are just as prized as the leaves for flavoring.
