Zephyranthes Fadjar Pink

This is of particular interest to the hybridizer, as it appears to be a fertile, large rain lily similar to Z. Grandiflora.  Fadjar Marta used it extensively to develop the new generation of rain lilies.  This is beacause it does not usually set seed unless polinated from an outside source.  This makes it the opposite of many rain lilies, that tend to clone themselves regardless of whatever pollen you use.  These don’t clone themselves, and don’t set seed unless polinated.  Enjoy.
