Penstemon Parryi
A hot pink Arizona Native! It is always a head-turner when blooming among the cactus. 2-3 ft tall when blooming.
Prefers well drained soil and full sun.
It grows up into the mountains, so it is probably hardy to zone 6 or 7.
For sale are plants in 2″ pots. They will probably bloom next spring.
