Hedychium Thyrsiforme
It is sometimes called a pincushion lily because it has dense elliptical heads of pure milky white flowers with long protruding filaments.
Sometimes call Hardy Ginger Lily, Hedychium Gingers are more cold hardy than most gingers, They put on a great show of flowers in the summer to early fall. Loves part-shade, heat, and moisture. Cold hardy in zones 7+. Move inside for winter in colder areas.
