These little bulbs look like wrinkled claws. Soak in water overnight to "wake" them, and plant immidiately. They are best planted shallowly, less than 1" deep. Beautiful flowers, as you can see. Good for cutting; pretty lacy foliage. Winter Hardy in zones 8-10, where it is best to plant in fall or early spring. In zones 4-7, plant in spring. Fresh crop from Holland. Likes cool weather best and will go dormant once it is hot. They are easy to store until the proper planting time for your area.

These small 3-4 cm bulbs much less expensive than larger bulbs and are perfectly capable of putting on a show their first year.
