Grown in the rich mineral soils of southern Arizona at 3000 ft, where we have both cold winters and hot summers.. AJO ROJO is a creole garlic known for its hot and sweet flavor. It grows well throughout the southern US (USDA zone 7+).
We are selling large Garlic bulbs, which will separate into many individual cloves for planting. Each clove will grow into a new compound bulb with one growing season.
