Quail is one of my favorites. Expect 2-3 fragrant flowers per stem. It has grown and bloomed reliably for years here in zone 8b. It should perform well up to zone 9 and down to zone 3.
Daffodils are reliable naturalizers with long lasting flowers. Great for cut flowers or for announcing spring to the whole neighborhood. They bloom early and profusely.
These bulbs are blooming size at 10-12 cm around. These will produce 1-2 flower stems the first year and more ever after.
