Thornless Chilean Mesquite (Prosopis Chilensis)
One of the fastest growing trees in the Desert Southwest. The ferny foliage has a lush, tropical flair! Needs well drained soil.
Hardy down to zone 8. Mine sustained some cold dammage when temperatures dropped below 10 degrees, but they came back full force in spring.
For sale are trees in small pots, 6 to 12 inches tall.
